My 1100 has the same problem, person on the other end could not hear me on the 2nd day after I’m using it, while in the first day everything is working well.
Anyone have the answer for this ?

I have had no complaints about mine with others not being able to hear me. I have a coworker that have the same as you and say they have the same issue.

I have been told that I sound very clear and much better on the LG - TONE Platinum Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones - Silver than my previous headset which is a much lower model LG

my 1100 worked great from 3 days now everyone says i sound muffled when i speak. so far have not found a fix for it. I maybe returning these! :(

It is better, but not by much. Still get a lot of background noise and sounds like you are standing away from the microphone.

The problem isnt the headphones of any kind, Its the bluetooth. Inside your bluetooth you have a connector selector. you switch and endable "Music and stuff" and another switch for "Handle Calls" you need to have both switched.

Take a look at the attached screenshot for an example of what I am talking about. Read carefully the connection details of each photo.

Besides that, each headphone in bluetooth reacts as a bluetooth speaker. The data that gets sent to it is controlled by the phone itself you just need to configure it correctly.
