Hello dcfiredog459. The LG - Tone Pro Bluetooth Headset - Model # HBS-750 use Bluetooth version 3.0 which is a backward compatible. The range for all Bluetooth devices and for the HBS-750 in an ideal situation is 10 meters (32.8 feet) but that can vary depending on your surroundings and other equipment operating on the same frequencies and building materials, power conduits in your walls, electronic devices like your router, your TV, microwave oven, all these will affect the range or cause interruptions in signal...IFV

I have left the phone inside and walked into the yard with the dog. Again the distance was about 30'. I might be able to stretch that but that is what I have done so far.
