Try turning your phone and headset up. Do this while you have someone on the phone so you can get the volume just right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check setting on your phone I use mine in a factory while working and work great
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may want to check the volume on your device in addition to your headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suggest to by a Bluetooth headset in combination with the option to use it with wire, too. Because mostly you've to plugin your ear-speaker with a wire connector on a aircraft if you wanna watch a movie. That's the reason why I bought a Bluetooth headset from PHIATON. It comes with great noise reduction and you can use the wired plug as a option. But it costs almost the double of the LG headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just make sure the earbuds are completely in your ear. The same thing happen to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that your bluetooth volume is set on the music device as well as the master volume on the music device. The headphone volume can only increase volume from the source, so if the volume is turned down at the source it will remain low at the headphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Lynnep What you will need to do to get an appreciable amount of volume on the LG Tone PRO Bluetooth Headphones, Model # HBS-750 is play a balancing act of raising the volume up on the device that you're streaming from, then testing the HBS-750 Headphones to see if when you push the volume up to its highest level on your headphones is sufficiently loud enough. Be careful not to get the volume up too much on the streaming device cause the HBS-750 will get extremely loud to the point they could cause you discomfort at the least or possible ear damage. Keep in mind that on a plane, there may be instances when the drone does come through the headphones no matter what you do. Even noise Cancellation headphones will be subject to this as well...IFV

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the volume on your phone/device is turned up all the way. It seems to me that the LG HBS 750 only changes the volume a slight amount from where the device it's plugged into is set.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Increase the volume on your phone all the way first then adjust the volume from the tone second it allows you to have full control of the volume and if it's not loud enough after increasing on your phone look for a volume enhancer app on ether Google play store or whatever iPhone has
