You don't upload music to the headphones. You sync your cell phone or other Blue Tooth device like a bluetooth enabled car stereo.

You don't really upload music to the headset. They are a Bluetooth device which means it connects to your phone wirelessly. Turn your Bluetooth setting on your phone ON and then press the pair button on the headsetto connect it to your phone. Once the Two devices are paired, the headset well play any audio that your phone plays. Anything from playing a video game or watching a movie, to talking on a phone call and listening to music.

It doesn't store music, so you can't upload it. It will stream music from a cellphone/tablet/PC/Bluetooth transmitter. Almost all of them will allow you to control the music (play/pause, skip, previous) from the headset. If you planned on taking it on your workouts/jogs, you'll still need to tote your music player.

The LG-Tone is a Bluetooth headset - It plays something streamed from a device. You must have a blue-tooth compatible device, ie iPhone, Samsung Galaxy to connect the headset to. It plays music stored on or streamed from one of these devices. The headset itself does not store the music.
