If you have Windows, you can go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen > Screen saver settings and then upload the image that you would like to use, JPG or PNG is fine. However I recommend that you consider using digital signage software since this is to display a menu. There are multiple affordable options where you can browse hundreds of already made beautifully designed templates that you can customize to your tastes. ^Jennifer
