Yes. It can tilt. Tilts above and below vertical.

The monitor has a slight tilting ability but there is no height adjustment. The screen has a great image. It is nice to use and really big. The monitor is so big it is like two full size screen images on the same screen plus more.

The angle of the screen can be adjusted forwards or backwards for a comfortable viewing experience. The screen can be tilted back 10 degrees or forward -5 degrees. ^Daphane
