How do i lower the leg? null

Hello, Lower lag? i think is what your asking? Go into your settings of the monitor and then to the option "Game Adjust" then from there go to "Response Time" I leave mine on Fast. Faster makes things have a little ghosting around them. so fast is the perfect setting to leave it on and that gives sharpness around the image your looking at. If your using a PC make sure to go to your settings and change to 144hz while using the Display port. because HDMI will not allow you to use 144hz.
