Because that has a different model number LG 38WN95C.

LG doesn't sell that model; they just have the previous model, the 38GL950 and also the 38WN95C which is very similar to the 38GN950, but it has worst local dimming zones. My recommendation is to get it from Amazon or to wait for next year for the 39"OLED version.
