“part of the case is falling apart i bought my case on January 16, 2015, i paid cash & don't have an account with you. don't know where the receipt is at & didn't keep package, how do i get protection on it”

Now, if you bought your iPhone and the case from a Verizon store, then you will have water damage protection on your iPhone, but that's through a different company.

All you have to do is send them pictures of the case or send them the case itself with the original box or at least the UPC code and they will send you a new one.
