“If my phone breaks while in the case ,is there a way to make the company pay for my phone?”

I'm not sure. But I will tell you that I used one of their covers for my tablet. My dad left my tablet on top of my car after he buckled my son in. About 5 miles up the road it went flying off at 55 mph. The case was cracked but the samsung tablet was unharmed. These are the only cases I buy for my phones and tablets.
