Yes we purchesed this case and the person you are speaking with on the other line cannot hear you well at all.

No problems using Thumbprint/Touch ID through this case to unlock the iPhone8, just be sure to press and place thumb appropriately. Also, I have no issue with call volume (hearing others or being heard) using this case.

Initially, yes... 

It was an iOS issue, fixed in Accessibility Center, should be able to access Apple Support FAQ’s for this problem. 

Now, no problems at all, with my SE 2 G

We have 2 iphone 8's and both are using the FRE case. We have not experienced either of those issues. We did replace 1 of the cases because of 2 other issues. If you dont have any issues with the phone without the case try another case. We stuck with same exact case and the issues are gone. Think some dont fit phone properly.
