Umm on one of the side it won’t snap with the phone in it. It is on the left. And when the iPhone 8 Plus is not in it won’t snap. And I just got this phone. When i put it on for the first time it didn’t snap together. Only won’t snap on the bottom part null

Submit a warranty claim with Lifeproof on their website, or take it back to Best Buy and swap it out...pretty simple.

So the previous phone was 7 with 8 we are still working on the issue probably the new release should fix it

Depending on the size & design of the phone, it may not work with every phone (even though it's a universal kind)
