Unfortunately because it's a completely enclosed case that's waterproof your sound is going to be my fault I find that if I turn my volume all the way up it does help a little

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately due to the waterproofness of the case you will have a slight muffled hearing due to the screen over the ear piece to keep water out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only way to resolve this issue is to use headphones every single time you’re on a phone call. I had the same issue and it really bugged me because I LOVE life proof cases. Life proof cases are mainly to protect your phone, so they block everything out to make sure nothing gets inside the phone such as water, dirt, mud, and etc. sorry to hear that you’re having issues! I literally just got a new case because I couldn’t deal with putting headphones every single time someone called me. I recommend getting an Otter box :) it’s very bulky and will help protect the phone against damages. Of course otter boxes aren’t water proof though :/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lifeproof has a really good customer service so if you contact them and tell them the issue they can either help you or try to send you a replacement. There has always been an issue with hearing the phone clearly with the FRE case though because the plastic screen protector is blocking the receiver. I would recommend getting a different protective case. Go to youtube and see, tons of reviewers have been complaining about hearing phones calls and playing music in these cases for years.
