By itself no. It came with a sticker to but over the fingerprint area.

The case comes with a finger sensor to install but you have to take the factory screen protector off. I actually punch the lifeproof screen protector out of the case and use the factory one.

Yes and no. The case come with a small sticker like application you have to put directly over the fingerprint reader on your phone screen. It's very difficult to actually get them to stick. I have yet to actually get one in place good enough to know if function is normal with them or not. Without the sticker, it doesn't work at all.
