Is there still a problem with the sound? I know previously, I would have problems with people hearing me and it sounding muffled. Also, my phone wasn't as loud as it usually is, therefore making it hard for me to hear my alarm.

I found that happened to me at first. I removed the phone from the case and when I put it back in made sure that everything was lined up. I haven't had any issues since then.

The new model cases don't have this problem. I actually work at Att Corporate office so I test anything before purchasing. It's a great case

I don't think there is any problem with the sound. My alarm is loud and clear and I have not had any problems speaking to anyone.

I am very time oriented and I have alarms set all day long and I have no problem hearing the sound nor do I have problems with phone conversations or Pandora.
