No, the fit is exact and doesn't allow for a screen protector underneath. Not needed anyways as the screen protector is built in and there is no loss of sensitivity with it. It fits exact and it is great.

No, you must remove your glass protector because the fre case comes with a built in cover protector. If you didn't remove your cover, the case would not "seal" for waterproof effectiveness.

I think it depends on the screen protector. I tried it with one of the glass overlays and it was too much to put in the case. The case itself provides great protection . Take it from someone who has dropped it multiple times!
