Yes. Just contact Lifeproof to submit your claim. You can do it online or over the phone. All they ask for is your purchase date and shipping information and you’ll probably have to pay for shipping.

I believe it is a one year warranty and on the case ONLY!! Not your phone inside. Learned the hard way as I dropped mine and it landed just right where it cracked my iPhone 7 screen. Response was I’m so sorry sir. We don’t warranty the product in the case but if the case was damaged at all we are happy to send you a new case and we will even waive the $4.99 processing fee. Hope this helps

I don't know the specifics of the warranty, but we have gotten replacement cases multiple times with life proof. we went through life proof itself for the replacements
