“Does anyone have a little gap in between the clasp and front of the phone? I don't know if this makes sense. But when I close the charging port cover, it is more a curve rather than flat against the front of the phone. Just want to see if this is normal.”

It’s a really tiny space and that’s just so you can open and close it but if your questioning the case protection because of it just do the water test and then you’ll know if the case is defective or not.
