You will need to take the case off and ensure that the switch lines up with the case. The same happened to me and just lining it up allowed it to work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes this product is very hard to use at first. the buttons seem to not be working for how stiff they are. I would suggest to pull apart the case and bend the edges a bit and then put it back together. that trick seems to have helped me at least.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Happened to me also, I removed the case and put that side of the case on first and it worked as it should have after that. While I love this case when trying to turn it completely off the buttons are harder to press than they should be but on the plus side your volume won’t change easily either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The way I did it was Turned it all the way to the left. Started inserting phone 1st were the switch is at. Wiggly it until the switch started turning back and forth smoothly from silent on/off then finished enclosed the rest of the phone. Hope this helps
