- Answer Hello, you can upload your photos and videos directly to your computer. The feature is only compatible with Windows XP or greater. Use File Explorer (previously named Windows Explorer for some older versions of Windows) and follow the below steps. 1. Ensure phone is on and connect the phone to the computer using the USB-C cable provided with the handset. 2. Open File Explorer and locate Lively Flip in the options on the left side 3. Double click Internal Shared Storage to open 4. Double click the Media folder to open 5. User will see images and videos folders. Double click desired folder to select 6. Highlight the photo or video files desired, right click, and select copy 7. Right click and paste in desired folder on computer or on desktop. If you need assistance, please give us a call at (800) 733-6632, between the hours of 5am and 7pm Pacific Time

- Answer Hello Anonymous, The volume buttons are on the top right side of the phone, the top one raises and the bottom lowers and there is a vibrate option. These buttons can be locked to avoid lowering them and the instructions are on page 117 of the user guide. The user guide can be found on the Lively website under Support.

- Answer Hello Thomas, to delete the call history you need to follow these simple steps. First scroll to “phone” and press the “ok” button. Then scroll to the option “call history” and press the “ok” button. Once the call history is displayed, at the top you will be presented with the option to “clear all”; press the “ok” button. The screen will then ask you to confirm the action by selecting “clear all” once more. For more details about the Lively Flip, please visit the Product Support page of our website.

- Answer Great question. To delete a contact please scroll to the contacts and press ok, use up and down arrow keys to scroll to the contact you wish to delete then press ok, use the arrow to scroll and highlight edit contact and press ok. When editing an existing contact there is a menu option titled: Delete This Contact, use the arrow key to highlight this option and press ok. Then confirm you want to delete the contact. All of these instructions can be found on the user guide that came with the phone.

- Answer I am a Lively Agent. In order to get the Flip 2 out of Airplane mode you have to do Factory Data Reset. You can do this by typing into the dial pad: #733872 & press Ok

- Answer I tried setting up my phone for a voicemail message and the call to voicemail failed. I think this is an extra charge? wow not good if so. I called *611 and they were not friendly or helpful. We need to know add ons when we are sold a product over the phone. My reception is poor with this as well as my last carrier near santa rosa ca. I may have to bail.

- Answer Iv tried to deactivate my 2 AND WHEN I GO TO THE VOICEMAIL TO CHANGE IT IM ASKED TO ENTER MY PASSWORD FOLLOWED BY POUND KEY,how am i supposed to tit for tat the text into it and then hit pound,,its ridiculous,,just now im wishing id kept my ole land line,lot simplier than all this,, and jitterbug says this simplifies phones for seniors???? - Answer I get phone calls and I need to delete them. My phone will not let me do that. I follow the instructions, but that does nothing in way of deleting phone number I don't need. So, it is possible that I will have 100+ calls undeleted shortly. Looks like I will have to trash my phones and purchase Tracphones again to get out of this mess.
