“I just bought a c920e and it came with the microphone disabled. How do I enable it? I was told to fownload logitech's Logitune software, I did but the microphone still doesnt work nor is seen as an input by my computer.”

I just bought this camera, haven't opened the box yet, because my other Logitech camera c920 started to work, so I didn't open the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After installing Logi-Tune you have to run it, connect to your webcam and then change the switch in the gui to enable the camera. This is one of the dumbest thing Logitech has ever done and significantly tarnished their “easy to use” reputation. This setting has caused our company to waste many hours assisting our employees with this problem.
