Hello Englewood! The C920S HD Webcam will be able to see 5-6 people around a conference table yes because it's wide angle, but it is more meant for a single person sitting in front of the camera, so it may be hard for the camera to focus properly with multiple people in sight. I would also suggest a better mic solution because once more, the webcam does have built in stereo mics, but for someone sitting about a 1 meter away from the camera, so it might not pick up people that are sitting farther out.
