that would depend, if you using it in OBS, then you can adjust the size of the camera display, not sure for ALLL the other options for interfacing with this camera.

Yes but I think it's a matter of what software you're using alongside it. Even older webcams have the ability to be viewed full-screen.

Yes, it depends on the software you're using. If you're wanting to record then something like OBS would make it full screen. As well as Skype if you'd hit the full screen option. Just depending on what you're looking to do.
