• Same thing happened to me. I’m not sure why they market this camera as Mac compatible.

• Hello Kevin. I'm sorry to get back to you that the C922 is not fully compatible with Big Sur. We are trying to figure out why, but it has been an issue across the board. Users are responding that the C920 works with Big Sur, but not the C922. We are working on Logitech Capture and G Hub for OS11.
