Your product may be faulty. These things happen as technology, just as humans, has yet to be perfected. This is why you buy with Best Buy, the return policy is great!

The light on the C922 only stays on when a program is using it... so if you are not running a program like Streamlabs OBS, Logitech Capture, or any other video program, the light will not be on. If you are trying to use it with a video program and its still not staying on, you probably just got a defective unit (unfortunately, it happens one in a while when you make hundreds of thousands of units a year).
