• Yes it has a cutout at the top so you can magnetically attach and charge your Apple Pencil pro if you have the m4 version.

• Hey! Yes, the Logitech Combo Touch for iPad Pro 11" has a space to store the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil. The pencil holder is located on the right side of the case.
