“Hello. I have this case and I love it. My question is: how do I remove it so I can add a screen protector then put the case right back on it? I don’t know if I just don’t have the finger strength or if there’s some secret to it. Any suggestions?”

• If you bought it at Best Buy, take it in, and they will install it for you. Make sure there are no bubbles BEFORE you leave. I have 2 IPADS and my older one’s screen should have been revisited at the store!

• The Combo Touch case is snug by design. To remove it, start at one corner and gently work your way around, pressing the iPad out rather than pulling the case. If finger strength is an issue, using a soft plastic card (like an old gift card) to ease the edges can help without scratching your device.
