Hi! So I had bought my case about a month ago and recently the mouse wont show up on my iPad. It is very hit and miss on when it works. Is anybody else having trouble with this or any ideas as to what is wrong with it?

Hi I haven’t had the issue. I do know that the mouse is a brown dot on mine. You might be able to change the settings on your iPad to see if it fixes the problem

Hello Jenna, The Combo Touch doesn't come with a mouse, but has a trackpad.  If that is what you're talking about, make sure that everything is connected properly.  - Richard from Logitech
