“When I compared the Apple and Logitech keyboards for the 9.7 inch iPad Pro, it appeared to me that the iPad might be better protected by the Logitech. I would like some opinions about this before I make a purchase.”

I thought the same thing when buying my keyboard case. I didn't want to have to buy a separate case and I really think the Logitech is the best of both worlds. The keyboard shortcuts are also nice (I don't think the Apple one has them–they are similar to what you'd find on a Macbook Pro/Air). Fortunately, I haven't dropped my iPad so I can't say how protective it actually is, but I would venture to guess that it would withstand a modest fall. I paired mine with a glass screen protector just in case. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Two corners are exposed. But overall, only one product versus the Apple keyboard where you would need a skin as well to protect. Much cheaper and works just as great with slightly more protection.
