Hello, this mouse is compatible with MacOS but is does need an available USB-A port in order to function. -Danielle from Logitech

No I purchased this for my new laptop and plugged in the piece located on the mouse and turned on Bluetooth but my MacBook doesn’t seem to locate the mouse. Very disappointed

I believe this is a universal mouse. I have an hp laptop so not sure if it works with macbook
