• You should be able to do this. I was able to connect to 2 devices without out. I had to use the dongle for 1 device due to a version restriction.

• The dongle comes with it but you don't have to use it (I don't). It works via bluetooth without the dongle very well! It does disconnect periodically, but it's nothing serious because it reconnects by pressing a button.
