“Is anyone else having an issues with the mic where it's not picking up any sound? I just got the headset today and it's working fine and sounds great but the mic is not working. Any pointers?”

• If you are using it on a pc, you may have to go into your device manager and select that headset as the default device for audio output.

• Make sure the mic is plugged all the way in. It goes in hard I had the same problem.

• Hello, There are a couple things we can try. Please make sure there is no other audio device plugged in as it can override the mic. You can also go into the settings on your computer and make sure that the mic on this headset is selected to use. I hope that helps! -Danielle from Logitech
