• The wheel directly connects to either a PC or PS4 via usb connector that comes with the wheel. It also needs to be close to a AC outlet for power. Not all games on the PS4 are compatible with steering wheels. Search 'g29 compatible games' will yield a listing on wikipedia that shows all working games.

• Just plung into the wall and ps4 and it all connects.
