“mouse is acting really sluggish. When I first got it, it was quick to respond and very fluid for motion. Now I can't get it to move more than 1 to 2 inches across the screen at a time. I have replaced the battery and blew out the area of the laser.”

There’s a small button behind the mouse wheel that controls DPI. When you click button it changes DPI speed. Blue is slowest, then white, then red and purple is fastest.
