depending on which switches you get this will be clicky, or soft, i have the linear switches and they work very well and aren't too abnoxious, however the clicky version will be a louder one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For a mechanical keyboard, it is very quiet. If sound is the most important thing ever, you can get quieter membrane keyboards. However, it is good for a mechanical keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is keyboard has TACTILE switches, meaning, you'll feel a slight bump when pressing the keys, BUT, it is quiet. It is the middle ground between linear (quiet) and tactile/clicky/loud switches. There is sound but that is from the keys bottoming out. It is not as loud as most keyboards, especially not as loud as blue or other "clicky" switches. The bump feels more like a scratch in my opinion. Using this keyboard for almost a year, I have realized that I'd rather have a LINEAR or a CLICKY keyboard, but not this TACTILE middle ground. That's just me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a mechanical “light clicking” keyboard. It is NOT siglent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The keys are not "loud," but there is a definite tactile feedback, i.e. they click when depressed. This is a good thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not really. As far as mechanical keyboards go this one is a lot less "Clicky" than others, but still has a little bit more noise than a standard membrane keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this keyboard for typing and gaming. It is louder than a membrane keyboard, but I don't find it annoyingly so. I work from home, so I don't have coworkers to contend with. Mechanical keyboards will almost always be louder than membrane keyboards, so there's no escaping that. The keyboard build is extremely solid and has a nice heft to it - the surface is a beautiful aluminum and the keys are very high quality. I highly recommend it overall, but I can't confidently speak to the noise issue since "noisy" is pretty subjective. If you can, check it out for yourself in store before you buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it can be quite noisy...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lots of clickety clack.
