I see the previous question about working with a MacBook, but does it work with Catalina? I have a Mad Catz RAT7 that I LOVE, but it doesn't work right on Catalina, all the hover and mouse-over treatments no longer work. So dumb but there it is. null

So likely your problem is caused by drivers needing updates, however if problems like this persist contact a support agent from the respective company, however for the G502 Hero it is a USB device, which is managed by licensed USB software.

I’ve had no issue with Catalina on my Mac. Not sure how helpful that might be but hover works fine
