• Yes. Download Ghub software from Logitech, its free, and you can program those buttons to what ever you want.

• Yes you can, by default they are set to raise and lower DPI but they can be changed to do anything the other buttons can.

• By default, these buttons adjust the Dots Per Inch of the mouse's sensor, or DPI for short, which is just a fancy way of saying mouse sensitivity. You can rebind these to do whatever you want in Logitech G-Hub, but for now I've left this on default because I like being able to adjust the sensitivity on the fly.
