“I bought this headset about a year ago and now the mic is not working how would I claim this under a warranty?”

• Contact Logitech if your headset still less under it's warranty, which is up to 1 year from the date of purchase or the date of arrival if shipped. Contact Best Buy if it's outside the warranty period and discuss repair options.
