I work from home and have the Avaya application on my laptop that we take calls through.. since the sound comes through the laptop, can I still use these headphones? null

Hi Cat, the G733 will work with most applications. When you plug the USB receiver into your computer it will automatically detect it, but you may have to change the settings on your laptop/computer and sometimes in the application so that the G733 is the default/preferred source. I would think so. It’s PC compatible. The cordless feature is great. They tend to get a little heavy after a white and might not be comfortable for 8 hrs.
