Yes it comes with a USB braided cable that is very high quality. And it is a wireless mouse so the cable is detachable. If you get low on battery you can plug it in and continue on. This mouse is highly recommended.

There's no cable that comes with it. This mouse is wireless and only needs the transmitter to be plugged into a USB port. I had to use a USB 3.0 to get mine to work for some reason.
