• MSFS, yes. I use it to assist with navigating the cockpit dials/buttons while in VR.

• This mouse is not designed for simulators, like Logitech G's driving, flying, and farming sim gear is. However you will be able to operate simulators normally with this mouse. I recommend using Logitech's G HUB software to customize buttons on your G903 to make these simulators easier to use.
