In specs states that there is single color of lightning. What does it mean? Only blue? null

It means the entire mouse must be one color. You can't vary the front from the back. You can choose any color on the palette for the entire mouse or pulsing, rainbow, etc.

It must mean that it doesn't do multiple colors at once, because it does move between colors. You can sync it with your compatible Logitech keyboard as well, and it goes from blue to green to red just fine.

No it means that there are only two sources of lighting (the doi lighting indicators and the Logitech G logo). It has a full spectrum of color. Honestly, the RGB is not really worth having on because your hand will cover up the logo and it drains 8 hours of battery life.

My mouse "rotates" through a series of colors which illuminate the Logitech logo. 
Example: Teal, Blue, Purple, Red, Orange, Green, and then back to Teal.
Plus it illuminates the battery life indicator with 3 green bars to indicate the length of life left before you need the next charge.
