Sound quality is amazing, comparable to the more expensive headphones imo. It sounds "full". I haven't tried the 3.5 mm port only wireless.

However the supplied cable is very very short you would need to purchase a longer one I would think. The wireless part is awful. I suppose if you only want it for music and movies you might be ok using the 3.5mm but its only for input not for the mic so if you use it for gaming you would still have to go wireless on the mic.
