• You can find some replacement dongles on EBay. I’m not sure if Logitech has some on their website.

• Hello Mia. You can order a new USB from the Logitech website here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025398353--Spare-Parts-G933-Artemis-Spectrum-Wireless-7-1-Surround-Gaming-Headset It is the same as the G933 USB.
