• The H390 uses a USB- A connector for output while the S21 uses Bluetooth, hence this product ideally would not work with the S21 cell phone

• No. This is a standard USB headset (USB Type A connector) designed for a desktop or laptop computer. It will not physically connect to a mobile phone.
