Does this headset plug into a iPhone SE? null

Unfortunately, this headset won't plug directly into the iPhone SE, as it uses USB to connect to anything. You would have to purchase a powered USB hub, as the iPhone isn't powerful enough to power the headset on its own, and a lightning to USB adapter, in order for a USB headset to properly connect to an iPhone.
