“We use Yealink T48s in the office and it has USB port at the back...will this product work on that device?”

• Hello Dao, unfortunately the H390 headset will not work with a Yealink T48. The H390 uses a USB plugin for it to work and also requires Windows®, macOS®, or Chrome OS™. Hope this helps, have a great rest of your day.

• Microsoft Windows seems to have the drivers for this headset preinstalled. I doubt your office phone will have the software drivers preinstalled which are required for this headset to function. I would check the phone manual to see what headsets they recommend.
