• No microphone sensitivity controls. The noise cancellation is at the microphone so that background noise is minimized for those listening to you or for your recording. It does not cancel noise to improve your listening experience.

• Hello, The H390 doesn't have a microphone volume control. The noise-canceling for the microphone isn't like ANC for headphones which filters white noise. The noise-canceling for the H390's mic minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations. - Richard from Logitech
