We use the headset with Microsoft Teams and we mute the microphone via Teams. And to the best of my knowledge, if the mic is muted, it would not be picked up by your webcam speaker.

You select the source of audio playback and recording in your application. With the Logitech being the source for recording and playback you can mute your microphone without it being routed to your webcam or computer's built in mic. The best thing is to connect the headset first before starting any meeting application and go through the settings to make sure the headset is selected.
