“Will the mic work when using Avaya One-X communicator? I bought one that worked with Avaya But the mic was awful and didn’t have noise cancelling. Then, I bought a $115 Jabra 40 that works fantastic at noise cancellation but the mic isn’t compatible.”

Hello MommaBoz, thank you for the question. The H390 should work fine with the Avaya One-X software. Please be aware that if you are using this on a work laptop, then you may likely need your IT to insure that the drivers are installed after plugging them into your computer and that you have access to changing you default microphone. If you do not have such restrictions it should be plug and play. Quick tip: be sure to plug in your headset before launching the software for the best results.
